The Salvatore Beltrone Marital Trust II, of Latham, sold 25 buildings it owns and manages for $57 million to primary buyer Rosenblum Development Corp. The deal triples the size of Rosenblums portfolio.

The Franciscan Sisters of St. Joseph have put the two-story, 46,500-square-foot school and the 28.1 acres of land along South Park Avenue in Hamburg up for sale. The asking price is $3.4 million.
Given its high-profile location along South Park Avenue and Bayview Road and its large tract of land, the property is expected to attract a fair amount of attention, said Anthony D’Auria, Waterbourne Real Estate Advisors co-founder and property broker.
